Hello friends,

You got your songs about wallowing in the grief of misfortune.

But I prefer to write songs about how we can handle our troubles and get back up.

Having grown up on a farm in Eastern Oregon, country music became part of my roots.  As time progressed, other genres became appealing as well, even though I now live near Nashville.  In my songs, I try to include multiple styles, though it seems the country still appears.  As a song writer, I try to draw insights from my experience as a Biblical Spiritual Advisor.  My songs which I write, produce and perform are aimed at reinforcing that sense of hope, understanding and encouragement that hopefully will resonate with the listener, although at times there may be a song that is just for silly fun.  As with most writers, each song began with some inspirational thought or observance.

My aim is not so much to be a popular performer as a writer of stories that resonate with other artists.

My hope is that if listening to one of my songs raise questions about life and eternity, I invite to send me a note so I can make a new friend, and offer what help I can on your pilgrimage in this life.
