Hey Steve.  From a music standpoint I think this is very slick, nice arrangement and production!Lyrically, there are some great lines like, "I'm my brother's keeper, and my brother needs a loan" Ha!That said, I think there could be a stronger central idea.  The title is World How Did It Happen.  Is the "it" that in this world criminals are defended and we owe our brothers a loan?  Or, is it "who am I to judge my fellow man" which gets a lot of repetition at the end of the song? Just my thoughts, but nice work overall, great grove!
